The Side by Side Workshop · Easier · Side by side

Leave with two AI employees doing real work.

Your team sets up two AI employees that do real work in your business, and you leave knowing exactly who checks their work. Take it as a private half day for your company, or in a small group with other owners.

Most owners have tried AI. Few have it doing real work.

A subscription gets bought, a few people try it, and it fades. AI can help; it just never got a real job, the way a new hire would. This workshop gives it one, using your own tasks, in the AI tool your company already uses.

Two ways to take it.

Nonprofits and chamber members: 20% off either format.

AI tool subscriptions are separate and paid to the tool's maker. We build in the tool you already use.

What you leave with.

What happens on the day.

The private half day runs the five parts back to back. The small group covers the same five parts across its two sessions.

  1. Part 1: The building blocks 30 minutes

The five AI building blocks in plain English (chat, instructions it follows every time, the knowledge it holds, the tools it connects to, and the finished result), each with an example from your own business.

  2. Part 2: Pick two seats 30 minutes

Choose the two tasks with the best payoff and the lowest risk. Write each one as a seat with clear expectations.

  3. Part 3: Build AI employee one 1 hour

Hand your AI employee what you would hand a new hire: the process, examples, the tone. Test it on real work and fix what goes wrong.

  4. Part 4: Build AI employee two 1 hour

The same steps, faster, with your team leading.

  5. Part 5: Who checks the work 30 minutes

For each AI employee: who reviews the work, how often, and the one number that shows the help is real, such as hours saved, replies sent or quotes out. You leave with the first monthly review already on the calendar.

Before the workshop.

  1. Find the block (optional). The free questions, so the workshop starts from your likely bottleneck.
  2. A 15-minute fit call. Is this the right first step, which AI tool your company already uses, and who should come.
  3. A short prep list. Sent after you book. It takes 30 to 60 minutes.

Your prep list

  • Pick three or four repetitive tasks.
  • Gather two real examples of each: an email, a quote, a report.
  • Make sure everyone can sign in to your company's AI tool.
  • Write one sentence on what good looks like for each task.

After the workshop.

  1. A check-in at two weeks. Thirty minutes to tune both AI employees (private half day).
  2. A short note at 30 days. What changed, and whether the Whole-Business Map is the right next step.

Who it's for

  • An owner and up to three team members who will work alongside the AI employees.
  • Teams that are somewhat technical and ready to try something new.
  • Companies using, or willing to use, a mainstream AI assistant.

Who it's not for

  • A company that wants AI to replace its people.
  • A business with no repeatable tasks yet.

Two example AI employees.

Examples, to show the idea. Not a client story.

Our promise.

Leave with two AI employees doing real work, or we keep working with you at no charge until you do. All we ask is that you finish the short prep list and have your AI tool ready.

Founding clients.

The first five companies get a lower price in exchange for a short case study about what changed.

Founding-client price: $1,247 per company, private half day

Questions owners ask.

Will this replace my people?

No. Choosing AI is not choosing against people. It's quite the opposite. People are designed to create great things; AI employees take the minutiae off their plate so they can do their greatest work. Every AI employee we build has a person who checks the work. In a QuickBooks study of more than 34,000 businesses, four times as many reported hiring because of AI as reported cuts. Is my data safe?

Your AI employees live in your company's own AI account, under your own settings. In the fit call we talk through what is fine to hand an AI tool and what should stay with people.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write a clear email to a new hire, you can do this. It helps to be comfortable trying a new tool.

What will the AI tools cost each month?

That depends on the tool and how many people use it. We build in what you already use, and we tell you before the workshop if anything else is needed.

What if my team won't use it?

That is why your team builds the AI employees with you, on their own tasks, and why each one has a named person who checks the work. People use what they helped make.

Which format should I pick?

The private half day if you want the whole session on your own business, with up to four of your people in the room. The small group if you would like to learn alongside other owners over two shorter sessions.

What happens after?

A check-in at two weeks to tune both AI employees, and a short note at 30 days. If the two AI employees show how much more is possible, the Whole-Business Map is the next step. Either way, you keep two working AI employees.

Ready when you are.
